We will do our best to deliver our customers’ items to their nominated delivery address within the time period specified when placing the order. However, we will not be liable to the customer or any third party for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay.
Items will be shipped to the address supplied by the customer. If this address is incorrect, we will not refund the customer for the items.
The customer should allow for standard delivery times. The estimated delivery date depends on where the customer lives and is calculated from the time the customer receives the email confirmation, not from the time the order was placed.
If the customer’s order cannot be dispatched within 3 business days of the order being placed, due to the item not being in stock, we will contact the customer and offer the opportunity to cancel the order or modify the order. If the order is not cancelled, it will be dispatched as soon as the items are available.
We reserve the right not to accept an order or having accepted an order, to cancel the order if it cannot supply the goods in the order.
For multiple item orders, we will ship the orders when all items are available for dispatch unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
We will take care to appropriately pack orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damaged goods or missing orders.
The risk associated with the purchased items passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customer’s nominated delivery address. Anyone at the customer’s nominated delivery address shall be presumed by us to be authorised to receive the goods.
